Graphic design & communications management for the Lander Climate Action Network

The Lander Climate Action Network is a grassroots group of Lander citizens who came together to take action on climate change and create a sustainable future for our local community. Our mission is to reduce carbon emissions in Lander through a commitment to renewable resources, community engagement, and economic viability.

As a member of the LCAN steering committee, I am responsible for managing communications and outreach, which includes designing and writing publications, emails, and social media posts, as well as maintaining the website.

In 2021, LCAN hosted the first-annual Wyoming Climate Summit—a day-long event in Lander that brought together Wyomingites from all corners of the state, including the Wind River Reservation, to learn about and work on meaningful solutions to the impacts of climate change on Wyoming communities. I served on the planning committee, developing and implementing the event’s outreach and marketing plan, which included designing both print and digital promotional materials.
